By registering for, participating in, or otherwise using any league, tournament, website, or service offered by Flag Football United, Inc. ("FFU," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.
All players must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent that all roster members are eligible and that you have the authority to register them on behalf of your team.
Team registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees vary by season, format, and city; current fees are displayed at the time of registration. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Spots are not held without payment.
Team registration fees are non-refundable once a season schedule has been published, except in cases where FFU cancels the season or program. Specific refund policies for cancellations or withdrawals will be communicated at the time of registration.
Flag football carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, contusions, concussions, and other physical or mental injuries. By participating, all players voluntarily assume these risks and release FFU, its officers, volunteers, partners, and municipal hosts from liability for ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
All participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. FFU reserves the sole right to suspend, eject, or permanently ban any player or team for behavior including but not limited to: harassment, threats, fighting, intentional injury, repeated unsportsmanlike conduct, or violations of facility rules. No refunds will be issued for ejections or suspensions.
By participating in any FFU event, you grant FFU permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of you taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and historical purposes without compensation.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the FFU brand — is the property of Flag Football United, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Affiliate and partner logos are the property of their respective organizations.
FFU offers an optional SMS program that delivers weekly game-time reminders to players who choose to receive them. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.
This is an FFU game-reminder text-messaging program. We send game-time, location, and schedule-change notifications related to the league or tournament you are participating in. We do not send marketing, sales, or promotional messages.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile phone number on our free-agent or registration form, or by replying to a confirmation text. Opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of playing in our leagues.
Typically one or two messages per week during your active season. Frequency may temporarily increase around weather cancellations, playoff rounds, or schedule changes.
Message and data rates may apply. These are determined by your mobile carrier's plan, not by FFU. FFU does not charge a fee for these messages.
Reply STOP to any FFU text message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from us.

The program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy, Section 5, for full details on how SMS information is handled.
FFU uses third-party services for scheduling, registration, payment processing, email, and SMS delivery (including Twilio for messaging). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FFU is not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond our contractual relationships with them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in our leagues, tournaments, SMS program, or use of our website. FFU's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in registration fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.
FFU may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on this site. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
