FFU operates an opt-in text-messaging program for the sole purpose of sending weekly game-time reminders to players who choose to receive them. Participation is entirely optional and is never required to play in our leagues.

The only entity that processes your phone number besides FFU is our SMS service provider, Twilio, which acts as a service provider on our behalf to deliver the messages. Twilio is contractually bound to handle your information only for the purpose of delivering our messages and may not use it for its own purposes. This is not "data sharing" — it's the same way an email service provider delivers email on a sender's behalf.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging service is provided "as available" — outages and delivery delays can occur outside our control.
