Multiple seasons across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Always a league running.

Every team in every league gets a postseason shot. 8 regular-season games minimum.

Lighted municipal fields. Trained officials. Insurance covered. None of the parking-lot stuff.

Quicker pace, smaller rosters, more touches per player. Played on a 62×30-yard field with two 15-minute halves.

Flag Football United is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Funding goes back into the things players actually see — well-kept fields, trained refs, equipment, and growing the game across DFW. Currently playing in Mesquite, Garland, Irving, and Denton, with more communities on the horizon.
