Flag Football United organizes year-round adult flag football leagues and tournaments in partnership with municipalities across the DFW metroplex. We keep the cost low, the schedule consistent, and the competition real.

5v5 for fast, skill-driven games. 7v7 for full-field strategy. Pick your style.

Year-Round Play

Multiple seasons across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Always a league running.

Guaranteed Playoffs

Every team in every league gets a postseason shot. 8 regular-season games minimum.

Real Fields, Real Refs

Lighted municipal fields. Trained officials. Insurance covered. None of the parking-lot stuff.

Quicker pace, smaller rosters, more touches per player. Played on a 30×70-yard field with two 20-minute halves.

Roster: 5 on field, 8–12 total

Seven-on-Seven

Full-route trees, real blocking schemes, more strategy. Played on a 40×80-yard field with two 22-minute halves.

Flag Football United is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Every dollar goes back into fields, refs, equipment, and growing the game across DFW. We partner directly with the City of Mesquite and the City of Garland — and we're always looking for more communities to call home.
